Heather Glen Senior Living in Allentown is proud to sponsor the 2025 Lehigh Valley Aging in Place Symposium on caring for those with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia on Wednesday, June 4, from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. It will be held at DeSales University in Upper Saucon Township, PA, 2755 Station Avenue, Center Valley, PA 18034.

Who will be presenting at the Lehigh Valley Symposium?

The featured speaker at the Lehigh Valley Aging in Place Symposium is Amanda Bulgarelli. Growing up with Teepa Snow as a mother, Amanda Bulgarelli has been a part of the Positive Approach to Care® from the beginning, serving originally as a teenage volunteer while Teepa developed and refined her approach and skills. After earning her master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, Amanda worked as an educator and leader in schools and other learning platforms for over 10 years. She then decided to join the Positive Approach to Care® team as a Lead Mentor, Trainer, Speaker, and Leader. Her skills and experience working with students and adults from around the globe have proven to be a tremendous asset to PAC. Through years of teaching, she has grown her ability to give each person in the room an individual experience while learning new information or skills. As a PAC speaker, Amanda uses the Adult Experiential Learning Cycle to help everyone learn in their own way, and she loves helping to spread awareness and knowledge of Teepa’s techniques.
